
Few days ago, I suddenly got the urge to eat 葱油饼. Then I know i won't able to get it here in Brissy, so I decided to DIY! Found a recipe, very the simple, only need flour, water and spring onion.
So today when i trying to make the pastry, super FAIL! It's so sticky and not bouncy as per recipe. LOL! So i just add somemore flour and oil to make it "look nice and Q" haha. It turned out not too bad :)

I cooked 腐竹薏米 just in case the spring onion cake doesn't turn out nice

I used beer bottle to flatten the pastry. Too cheapskate to buy a proper roller.

Still sticky and the spring onion 出水 ==


But it turned out not too bad wei! can eat can eat
